My family has been using Jan's oyster sauce, vinegar and soy sauce for nearly 3 months.
Soy sauce is a product that is difficult to know about its safety for health because the chemicals and flavoring agents in many products sold on the market are difficult to understand for users. We have had to buy soy sauce from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan many times because of its delicious taste and clear information about product ingredients. Until I tried Jan's soy sauce, I realized it had a very mild taste, moderate saltiness, and no refined sugar and preservatives. The price is much more reasonable than products purchased abroad.
With vinegar and Oyster oil, the taste is light, fragrant and most importantly, they do not contain chemicals and preservatives. I was surprised and happy because finally a domestic unit has created a product that is reliable in quality and delights the taste buds of Vietnamese people, for Vietnamese people.
