Delivery

  • Goods are only supplied within the territory of Vietnam.
  • Orders will only be produced and delivered after the customer has completed the payment.
  • The expected delivery time will be notified to the customer after the order has been confirmed and paid for.

  • Currently, the delivery service at JANSLENMEN operates from Monday to Saturday every week, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer based on the weight and shipping unit at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed between the company and the customer.
  • The company is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, traffic congestion, or problems from the shipping carrier.

Delivery process

  • After the product is manufactured, the company will notify the customer of the delivery time and method.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the goods at the provided address.
  • Delivery time during the day is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Delivery time starts from when your order is successfully confirmed.
  • In the event that the delivery partner cannot contact or deliver to you due to subjective or objective reasons from your side within 02 working days, the order will be voided.
  • For delivery addresses in high-rise buildings/apartments, the specific delivery and receipt will be contacted, agreed upon, and unified by the delivery staff in advance to ensure convenience in the process of receiving goods.
  • In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.

Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Service Providers

Obligations of the carrier

  • Ensure the complete and safe transportation of goods to the designated location on time.
  • Deliver the goods to the authorized recipient.
  • Bear the costs related to the transportation of goods, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Purchase civil liability insurance as prescribed by law.
  • Compensate the transportation hirer for any loss or damage to the goods, unless otherwise agreed or as otherwise prescribed by law.

Rights of the carrier

  • Check the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading, or other equivalent transport documents.
  • Refuse to transport goods that do not comply with the type of goods agreed upon in the contract.
  • Request the transportation hirer to pay the full freight on time.
  • Refuse to transport prohibited goods, dangerous or toxic goods, if the carrier.

Obligations of the transportation hirer

  • Pay the full freight to the carrier on time and in the agreed manner.
  • Provide necessary information related to the transported goods to ensure the safety of the transported goods.
  • Supervise the goods in transit, if agreed. If the transportation hirer supervises the goods and the goods are lost or damaged, no compensation will be given.

Rights of the transportation hirer:

  • Request the carrier to transport the goods to the correct location and time as agreed.
  • Directly or appoint a third party to receive back the goods that have been hired for transportation.

Liability for damages

  • The carrier must compensate the transportation hirer if the goods are lost or damaged.
  • The transportation hirer must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by dangerous or toxic transported goods that are not packaged and secured during transportation.
  • In the event of force majeure leading to the loss, damage, or destruction of transported goods during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.

Note:  In case of delay in delivery, we will immediately notify the customer and the customer can choose between canceling the order or continuing to wait for the goods depending on the customer's needs.
