Return and Refund Policy
Product Inspection
- Upon receiving the goods, the customer is responsible for checking the condition of the product, including quantity, design, and quality.
- Customers must immediately notify the company of any errors or damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If there is no notification within this time, the company will assume that the customer has accepted the product and has no complaints.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
- Products with broken seals, incorrect quantity, information, and design compared to the order.
- Products damaged due to manufacturer error (different from the manufacturer's published quality standards) or errors during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.).
- Products that have expired before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
- Does not apply to products in the restricted return category or products with restricted return notes in the product description.
Return Conditions
- he product is intact, with full labels, original packaging, and seal according to the original specifications (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).
- The product has full accessories (user manual, warranty card...) and accompanying gifts (if any).
- The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, and shows no signs of use.
- Customers retain confirmation of purchase at JANSLENMEN (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...).
Return Timeframe
- Customers have 01 day from the date of receiving the goods to submit a return request.
- The time of the return request is based on: if the customer brings it to the store for return, the time is calculated when JANSLENMEN staff receives the returned product from the customer.
Return
- For products returned due to JANSLENMEN's error, customers will be exempt from return shipping costs and will receive free delivery to the location indicated on the original order.
- For products returned due to a change in customer needs, please contact the store for advice.

Processing time
JANSLENMEN will send the results of the refund request to the customer via email and/or SMS within a maximum of 5 working days from when JANSLENMEN receives the product back.
If the refund request meets the requirements, JANSLENMEN will carry out the refund procedure for the customer from the time the return request is made within the following time:
- For payment methods not through the bank: customers will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
- For payment methods through the bank: JANSLENMEN will complete the refund procedure within 3-5 business days and send a request to the bank to process the refund to the customer's account.
